"The hygienist would give me breaks when cleaning my teeth to make sure I was ok. He would talk to me to make me feel comfortable since I told him I hate the dentist! He kept saying my teeth were very clean! The dentist answered all my questions that I had plus the questions I had about my 7 year old son that I was worried about! The wait time for the dentist took a few, but it was a holiday and only one dentist there."

"Wonderful experience. I had an issue with my insurance, and the girl from the front desk, offered herself to speak with them to help me out. I was in a lot of pain and frustrated for the insurance problem, but they treated me with a lot of compassion and respect. The doctor, the assistant and front desk were excellent and very professional. I will definitely recommend this place."
"Probably like most people I hated going to the dentist and postponed going to see one until absolutley necessary. The reason I said "hated" is because this is no longer the case. Thanks to Now Dental's staff and Dr. Hassan. I can now go to the dentist knowing I will find a kind, and understanding staff. Throughout any procedure, Dr. Hassan, will check to see if I'm ok. "If I could give 10 stars I would. From the receptionist to the dental assistant to the Dr. Everyone was friendly and concerned about my well-being. I had to have some extensive work done. It turned out I was in the chair for 3 hours. Dr. Hassan was so wonderful knowing about my fears of the dentist. He took his time. He was kind and he made sure I was okay throughout the process. "INCREDIBLE, LIFE CHANGING, BEST OFFICE I'VE EVER BEEN TO! Dr. Hassan worked magic and fixed my tooth (self esteem booster!). There has been more then one occasion I've been late or have to cancel last minute, but Olivia has always been very accommodating. "I’ve been going to NowDental of Suffolk for a few years now and could not be happier with the level of care they provide. I have seen numerous dentists at this location and each one was knowledgeable and truly cared about my oral health and comfort. I have had routine cleanings and a few cavities filled without issue. I have been seeing Dr. Sayed for the last few months for both regular visits and for my Candid aligners appointments and he is fantastic! He recommended Candid aligners for me and the process has been going so well. The hygienists are all amazing as well. They are personable and provide great care and bedside manner. I also want to shout out Olivia, one of the receptionists who works up front. She is such a sweetheart and makes each visit to the office even more pleasant! I definitely recommend NowDental of Suffolk."

"Called for an emergency on Saturday they seen me on Monday. Dentist got me in with the Oral Surgeon by the next day. Oral surgeon Dr Herman was amazing. He answered my questions plus more. I walked out of there feeling so comfortable. Now I have a new dental office :) Everyone from the front desk was also amazing & super nice! Would highly recommend. They do see a lot of patients so the wait is a little longer than expected but its well worth it."

"I have been going for many years and continue to be impressed by the level of care and professionalism from all the staff. All of the doctors I have interacted with have been extremely talented. Dr. Sayed recently helped me in an emergency, and I was entirely grateful. Dr. Naghavi has been excellent to me always. Dr. Francis also always treated me with great respect. I don't like seeing Dr. Herman because of what he has to do to me, but when he has to do it, he does it masterfully. All of the front desk staff is pleasant and helpful. The assistants and hygienists are also great. I'd recommend this place to anyone, including families. I travel extra to this practice rather than finding a new place closer to my home. "I had a bond come off my front tooth and my regular dentist was closed for a week. I contacted Olivia in the front office and was given an appointment for the next day. Dr. Nagave was extremely professional and clearly explained all my options. Very courteous staff and pleasant. I will surely visit the team at Now Dental again in the future for my dental needs."

"I have been with Now Dental for seven years. My family and I love the service that we receive. I always have high expectation every time my family and I go for our appointment. They treat you like family, with courtesy, and they are very respectful of one's time. on a rating basis I rate them a five star family oriented business. I referred my friends and co-workers to the office because I wanted them to receive the same quality of service that my family and I have been blessed with and become part of their family. My greatest fear was always the waiting period that one spent in doctor's office when you have your own important things to take care during the day, well they did not let me down, the most I waited usually be 15 minutes unless there is an emergency. "The staff is the most amazing, helpful, flexible staff I've ever experienced at any medical office. The follow up after I made the appointment at zocdoc was a smooth process and they were even able to push my appointment up that day. I was a new patient here and they were able to take my insurance info over the phone when confirming the appointment, and just asked me a few in case of emergency questions at the front desk which equaled NO PAPERWORK. I got there early just in case I had to fill some out so my wait time was on me, otherwise it was pretty quick. The dental hygienist, Maria, was lovely and personable all the way through. Dr. Francis I only saw for a brief time but she too was very nice. They both cleaned and checked my teeth in a gentle, skillful manner. I came home and told my own family I found our new dentist!"

"Had a horrible toothache , called the office last night after looking up “emergency dental”and got an appointment this morning at 9. I was taken in at 8:59, got examined and had to have my tooth pulled. Fortunately Dr Herman was there, got it extracted and I’m now pain free at 10:30am!! From start to finish, the staff couldn’t have been nicer! Everyone was so kind and compassionate! I would highly recommend this practice. I will definitely switch to them as my primary dental office!!"

Had an exam by Dr Sayed, a sweet young lady named Robin did my x-rays, and another sweet young lady cleaned my teeth; I wish I could remember her name because I only want her to clean my teeth from now on. And lastly the doctors; the doctors at now dental are extraordinary.They do a fantastic job and they are honest. They are so accommodating and friendly. "Everybody there that I have interacted with is great: the surgeon, the dentist, finance, and reception. They are pleasant and generally on time, too. My only (minor) criticism is that, unlike other medical providers I have seen, their email/text notification system is all or nothing. There really should be some way to keep the "You have an appointment today at 5:00 PM" messages but turn off the "You are overdue for a checkup" messages."

"I've been seeing Dr.Hermann because I needed a tooth extracted and it needs to be replaced. He has been nothing but wonderful with me. I've had a bone graft done with him and he was gentle and made me feel calm and collected. "My 4 year old daughter and I just left Now Dental for a teeth cleaning. My daughter was really nervous but everyone made her feel so special and calm. Jenne cleaned her teeth and talked her through everything she was doing, she was silly and sweet. She made my daughter very comfortable! She even let her hold her hand. After getting her teeth cleaned Jenne let her put her baby doll in the chair, gave her a mask, and Jenne and Dr. Francis helped her clean her dolls teeth and counted them. Debra cleaned my teeth and kept my daughter very busy asking her questions, giving her prizes from the toy chest, and blowing up a glove to make her a silly face balloon. On the way out we made appointments with Olivia and Danielle. They were so sweet with my daughter asking her to show them her teeth, saying how shiny they looked, and saying how cute and sweet she was. I saw a dentist (whom I don't remember the name of, but does not work there anymore) He literally came in, threw a chunk of bonding on my tooth and overcharged me for the amount of composite & labor he put into his work. I did not want to be late for work and since I work with the public I accepted anything that would of made my tooth look okay from a far. A couple of weeks went by and I finally had an opening in my schedule, so I sent them an email about how unhappy I was. They answered me that same day and we made an appointment for me to come in. Just a side note: I am no stranger to bonding, I have had it for several years. I am familiar with how much time, composite, contouring, and cost goes into it.I met Dr. Hertzog for the first time and he did impeccable work. He did not just shave down the composite to blend with the rest of my tooth. Instead he added composite, length, thickness and the contouring to my tooth. I love it! I am getting porcelain veneers in the near future and if I'm still in New York, I will definitely go back to him."

Dental technicians do most of the care since my daughter is young but they are very knowledgable, patient, and personable. The doctor comes briefly at the end but it's ok because there aren't major issues with my young child. One star missing for wait times - it's too long for a child to wait and they should consider this more. Some people walked right in and seen quickly but don't know how they are picked out while others wait. Wish I knew though! But for kids - should be seen most quickly. II will continue to go back - very nice and professional overall!"

"Felt compelled to post a positive review in comparison to the complaints regarding oral surgery, which is not the greater part of the general services offered at Now Dental.But in regards to oral surgery first, I had my wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Herman. While he had a rather blunt disposition and approach, he completed the tooth removal in perhaps under two minutes and no complications were had. I have had a wisdom tooth removal elsewhere which was botched and the performance at Now Dental was superior in every aspect.As far as the rest of it, absolute perfection. From the receptionists, to the hygienists, to the dentists themselves, the office is filled with nothing but bright personalities and complete professionalism. I never dislike going to the dentist now, I practically feel like I am treated like a celebrity with the kinds of attitudes I come across there.In regards to the actual work, no complaints.. fillings, crowns, root canals, all performed well with no complications and the appearance of the work is top notch.I especially appreciate Dr. Francis, who really turned my oral health around when I visited for the first time many years ago.
