Smithtown, NY General Dentistry Office

I had a cleaning today, 6/17/26. It went very well. I thought I would try it without getting numb, and it didn’t hurt me at all. I’m so glad that I tried it without the numbing gel. She’s a great job and was very thorough. Yay!

I was a patient at another local practice that seemed to run you in and out as fast as they could. I felt like a number not a valued patient. My experience today at NowDental was the complete opposite. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The dental assistant was friendly and made sure I was not nervous. Dr Spagna was professional and personable. She explained everything and ask if I understood and if I had any questions. Overall my best visit to a dentist!

I have been a patient at Now dental for many many years, I changed my insurance a few years ago and unfortunately I use someone else regularly but if I have an issue that needs special care I only trust Now Dental for the job 🙏 the Dentist is going above and beyond to make sure I get the best possible outcome, and the office manager coordinates everything going on in the office with care and efficiently as always. I highly recommend them if your looking for a dentist you can be happy and comfortable with for years and to come
